  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a successful return or exchange.

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to our hub via your preferred courier service.

  Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
